Meet Jonathan

B.A., Post-Grad.Dip.Prof.Psych., MAPS

With over 20 years in private practice, Jonathan is a member of the Australian Psychological Society and has supported individuals through life’s challenges – helping them rediscover their strengths and build meaningful change.

Taking a strengths-based approach, support is tailored to each individual, including help with emotional regulation, social skills, and parenting challenges. Jonathan’s services are also offered in collaboration with Exploring Autism, located alongside the Westbourne Park office, where you can find extensive support for diagnosis and treatment.

The therapeutic approach centres on practical strategies to manage stress, reshape unhelpful thought patterns, and enhance overall well-being. Clients often find this leads to a more fulfilling and balanced life.

Outside the clinic, life is enriched by parenting two children, hiking, creating art, listening to music, and enjoying time on or near the water – whether kayaking, swimming, or simply unwinding in nature.
